To make a complaint about a Supervisor or about the Pastoral Supervision program, please use the form below.

A complaint about a Supervisor will be sent to Sarah Balogh, Manager of Pastoral Supervision.

A complaint about the Pastoral Supervision program will be sent to Gary O’Brian – Director of Ministry Training & Development
