About
Ministry is deeply meaningful - and often carried right on the edge of exhaustion.
Many leaders I work with are wondering how to keep going when their plate is already full, and how to disciple and develop others when they don’t feel well-supported themselves.
I offer professional supervision for pastors, chaplains, and ministry leaders who want a grounded, confidential space to pause, process, and keep going well for the long haul.
As both psychologist and theologian, I integrate psychological insight with theological depth, supporting you to navigate complexity, grow in discernment and leadership, and stay grounded in your service.
Supervision can support you to:
- navigate complex or tricky situations with greater ease
- reflect on your experiences and develop fresh insight, discernment, and leadership capacity
- find encouragement and perspective when you’re feeling stuck or stretched
- build resilience and sustainable rhythms of work and life
- consider and manage transitions from one role to another or into retirement
You don't need to carry this on your own. Supervision can help you bear the load.
ABOUT ME
I have been a Jesus-follower for more than 30 years. After training as a clinical psychologist over 20 years ago, I followed God's leading into coaching and then professional supervision.
In my private practice, I now focus on stress mastery and leadership coaching for Christian professionals in complex, high-responsibility roles, alongside professional supervision for pastoral and helping professionals. I am also the Resident Psychologist for the Baptist Association of NSW and ACT Churches, and a PhD candidate with Morling College.
Overall, my professional and academic work centres on integrating psychology and theology to foster resilience, flourishing, and shalom in leadership, life, and ministry.
